Jobs Responsibilities
- Support the administration and enhancement of Performance, Compensation and Benefits programmes, policies and frameworks across the organisation.
- Participate in HR system implementation and UAT, including test execution, validation and preparation of user guides and communication materials for Rewards related modules.
- Support data migration activities by extracting, consolidating and validating employee records; coordinate with stakeholders to address system queries and process feedback.
- Analyse large datasets relating to compensation, benefits, performance reviews and budgeting to support Rewards planning and decision making.
- Prepare recurring compensation and performance reports; review compensation proposals requiring further assessment and support participation in market or industry surveys.
- Contribute to Rewards and organisation wide projects, including process enhancements and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and data quality.
