Jobs Responsibilities

• Support month end closing and financial accounting activities, including preparation and review of financial data across multiple entities.
• Manage day to day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities, including account setup, invoice and payment allocation, intercompany transactions and aged debt follow up.
• Perform bank, income and corporate card reconciliations; investigate discrepancies and ensure accounting records are complete and accurate.
• Administer employee expense claims through SAP Concur, including transaction processing, reporting, user support and resolution of system related issues.
• Support annual audit and tax requirements, maintain audit ready accounting documentation and ensure adherence to established financial controls and procedures.
• Partner with the Finance Manager on finance operations and process improvements, including system data integrity, workflow enhancements and other accounting activities.
