Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service.
- Assist in developing menus and refining recipes.
- Maintain consistent food quality, presentation and standards.
- Coordinate staff schedules and allocate manpower effectively.
- Monitor food costs, inventory and wastage.
- Ensure proper food hygiene and workplace safety practices.
- Manage stock ordering and coordinate with suppliers.
- Address and follow up on customer feedback related to food quality.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant culinary experience.
- Previous experience supervising or leading a kitchen team.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
