Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:
Job Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and understand their needs
- Recommend suitable lighting, bathroom, and home fixture products
- Explain product features, specifications, and benefits to customers
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries
- Assist customers throughout the sales process
- Coordinate with the team regarding product availability and deliveries
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and ensure products are properly displayed
- Arrange and maintain stock and product displays
- Support daily retail operations and sales activities
- Work towards assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
Job Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior retail or sales experience is preferred
- Experience in lighting, bathroom fixtures, home improvement, or related products will be an advantage
- Willing to learn about lighting and bathroom products
- Basic computer skills
- Responsible, motivated, and able to work well in a team
- Willing to work on weekends, Public Holidays, and retail hours
