Start as an Assistant Teacher, get trained and certified by our Japan Headquarters, and move up to Main Teacher at $2,900-$3,300 within 6-8 months. No teaching experience needed.
Your pay and progression
Start as an Assistant Teacher with fully sponsored training
6-8 months: certified Main Teacher at $2,900-$3,300. Sponsored Japan training once you pass probation successfully
As a Main Teacher: lesson token incentives, guaranteed increments, performance bonus and completion bonus
Further growth into senior teaching, leadership and management roles as we expand

Your schedule (5 days, about 40 hours a week)
Wednesday: 9:00am-6:00pm
Thursday to Friday: 9:30am-6:00pm
Saturday and Sunday: 8:30am-6:00pm (Weekend availability is required)
Monday, Tuesday and most public holidays off
What you'll do
Conduct brain development lessons for children aged 0-12
Track and support each child's progress
Prepare lesson materials and support daily centre operations, including basic admin
Take part in ongoing training
You might be
An entry level candidate, career switcher, or student in early childhood or education
Someone with a music, dance or performing arts background
Comfortable singing, moving and kneeling at children's level
Positive, energetic and keen to learn
