Your Role & Impact
- Prepare and review tender documents, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and cost estimates
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and support procurement decisions
- Conduct site measurements and verify work progress for valuations
- Monitor project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost performance
- Manage variation orders, progress claims, and final account settlements
- Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects on track
- Provide guidance and support to junior Quantity Surveyors where required

What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience
- Experience handling QS activities from pre-tender to final account is preferred
- Familiarity with commercial projects and/or office fit-out works is an advantage
- Strong costing, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
